Tom Gotsman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Reflex since September 2023, Tom previously worked at Synthesia as a Generative AI Researcher, focusing on creating realistic synthetically generated videos using advanced AI algorithms. As Founder and CTO of SoLo Protocol, Tom played a pivotal role in innovating decentralized finance through AI-driven solutions. Additional roles include Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, Computer Vision Researcher at Third Eye Intelligence, and co-founder of Augmented AI, among others. Tom's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London.
