Scott Dubey

Scott Dubey currently serves as the Managing Principal at Reflex Lighting since August 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Sales for the Eastern Region at Nova Flex LED, where responsibilities included overseeing sales for commercial specification-grade ribbon and tape lighting products from June 2023 to August 2024. Scott's extensive experience in the lighting industry also includes roles as Specification Manager at Lighting Affiliates from June 2008 to January 2023, focusing on designing commercial lighting solutions for various sectors, and serving as VP of Specification and Controls Sales at Panduit from January 1994 to January 2006. Scott began the professional journey as a Territory Account Manager, leveraging a solid educational background from Windsor Locks High and Northeastern University.
