Michael Noone is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in innovative technology development. Currently serving as a Staff Electrical Engineer at Reflex Robotics since June 2025, Michael previously held the same title at Joby Aviation, contributing to the advancement of eVTOL aircraft. Michael's career includes significant roles such as Senior Hardware Engineer at Waymo, where contributions were made to the Waymo self-driving car project, and earlier experiences with various consumer electronics at Synapse Product Development, and advanced battery management systems at Boston-Power.
