Tichaa Samuel has extensive experience in information technology and network support, beginning at Camblish Training Institute from November 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving issues at the first line of support, as well as managing customer expectations to ensure systems met acceptance criteria and Service Level Agreements.
