Kevin Qu

Kevin Qu has over 8 years of experience in software engineering. In 2013, they began their career as a Software Engineer, Full Stack at General Dynamics Mission Systems. There, they designed, maintained, and enhanced existing software, developed automated tests, and provided guidance to junior team members. In 2016, they moved to Praxis Engineering as a Software Engineer, Front End, where they developed new features to meet customer requirements. In 2018, they joined Omnyon as a Software Engineer, Front End and Cloud Engineer, IaaS. Their tasks included creating and maintaining an enterprise web application using NestJS, Mongo, and Angular, introducing NgRx to improve the UI's state management, and performing cluster management using Kubernetes. In 2021, they joined Capital Solutions Group (CSG) as a Software Engineer, Front End. In this role, they built and maintained an enterprise web application using NestJS, Mongo, and Angular, created new features to meet customers' requests, and resolved bugs found in the application. Kevin is currently employed at Reflexive Concepts as a Software Engineer, Front End.

Kevin Qu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from George Mason University. Kevin also holds a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, obtained in June 2022.
