Laura D. has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, primarily in the IT industry. Laura began their career in 2014 as an IT Recruiter at Infosys and subsequently held positions at Northstar Staffing Solutions, LLC as a US Healthcare Recruiter, AstraZeneca as an IT Recruiter, and Hyundai AutoEver México as an IT Lead Technical Recruiter. In 2017, Laura worked at HYUNDAI - DYMOS, where they served as the HRS Lead and immigration associate, overseeing recruitment and immigration processes. Laura then joined Enhance IT as a US Sr. IT Recruiter, specializing in hiring iOS and Android consultants for Mobile Consulting Solutions. In 2018, Laura worked at Digital On Us as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and at In All Media as an IT Lead Talent Sourcer. Later, they joined Reflik as a US Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on sourcing profiles for various fields and industries in the USA. Currently, Laura is employed at Concentrix Tigerspike (now Concentrix Catalyst) as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist/Salesforce Area, where they contribute to CX transformation through design, talent, and technology.

Laura D. has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad del Valle de México. Laura pursued further education at Centro de estudios superiores y transformación (CEST) from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Recently, they started a Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science/Business Administration at Universidad Ciudadana de Nuevo León, which is expected to be completed between 2020 and 2022. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained a certification titled "Your Role in Workplace Diversity" from Skillsoft in March 2023.
