RefocusOnU is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals diagnosed with chronic illnesses or conditions. We assist, advocate, and educate those facing health tribulations, including misdiagnosis, waiting for a cure, or managing additional complications. Our mission is to coach individuals to lead fulfilling lives despite their diagnoses, grounded in faith and strength.

We partner with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide diverse support options, while connecting with the community through local health and wellness events. At RefocusOnU, we operate on eight core principles for optimal health: rest, exercise, sunshine, temperance, diet, air, water, and trust. Guided by faith in God, we help individuals on their personal journey toward improved health and well-being. Through our advocacy, education, and resources, we offer hope and the tools to thrive.
