Jeff Powers

Jeff Powers is the current President at Refocus Solutions. Prior to this, they held various HR Manager positions at different companies including Engelhard Corporation, ReFocus Solutions, LLC, and Toray Composite Materials America, Inc. Jeff also has experience as a Director, most notably at the Blue Ridge Leadership Conference, and as a Purchasing Manager at PBR Electronics. Jeff started their career as a Personnel Consultant at Cummins Engine Company in 1987 and has been working in various management positions ever since.
