Carla Coll

Carla Coll currently serves as the Growth Lead at Nixtla and is a member of Reforge. Previously, Carla held the position of GTM Lead at Mentum and was the Head of Growth at Upfluence. Carla also contributed as a member of the Chief of Staff Network and served as Chief of Staff, Growth at NannyML, where significant advancements were made in detecting model failures in machine learning frameworks. Earlier in the career, Carla was Chief of Staff at Gomapi, focusing on enhancing healthcare institutions' efficiency, and was part of the founding team at Gotaki, working as Operations Manager and Marketing & Business Development Intern. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hult International Business School.
