Chris Crompton serves as the VP of Growth/Marketing at CollX since February 2023 and is a member of Reforge. Previously, Chris was a founding member of the Growth Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners and provided growth consulting for Forte. Chris held senior roles in marketing at Life360 and Dandy, demonstrating expertise in demand generation and paid user acquisition. As a co-founder of Civil, LLC, Chris developed a B2C SaaS product and a marketing agency to support business growth. Earlier experience includes a significant rebranding and website redesign at Transit Systems, where Chris achieved substantial increases in conversion rates. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Temple University.
