Dimka Plotnikov is an experienced product leader with a strong track record in driving product strategy, data-informed decision-making, and team alignment. Currently a member at Reforge, Plotnikov previously served as Chief Product Officer at Focus Calendar, where significant advancements in hypothesis testing, release cadence, and customer research were achieved. Prior experience includes a role as Product Leader at EAE-Consult, where leadership led to improved financial forecasting and the creation of an analytics dashboard that generated substantial revenue. As a Product Manager at EAE-Consult, Plotnikov founded an award-winning legal-tech SaaS business, successfully scaling user engagement and implementing monetization strategies. Early career included co-founding the start-up GoRecruit and raising $125,000 in pre-seed funding.
