Mauricio Souza

Mauricio Souza serves as the Head of Marketing and Performance at Contabilizei since July 2024 and is a member of Reforge since April 2022. Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer at EqSeed from June 2022 to May 2024, Mauricio was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand recognition. At XP Inc. from June 2017 to May 2022, significant roles included Head of Partnerships and New Channels, where initiatives focused on diversifying customer acquisition, as well as leading a performance team for XP Investimentos and XDEX. Earlier experience includes a consultant role at Pöyry and a trainee position at TCP – Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and a Master's in Logistics from USP, with ongoing MBA studies at Ibmec focusing on Investments and Private Banking.
