Sandy Diao

Sandy Diao serves as a Faculty member at UC Berkeley College of Engineering, teaching Growth Marketing for Aspiring Entrepreneurs. Additionally, Sandy is a Growth Advisor at Goodwater and a Lecturer at Stanford Continuing Studies, co-teaching a course on startup growth. With extensive experience as the Founder of Drift International, Sandy specializes in advising founding teams on growth strategies and product market fit. Other advisory roles include positions on the Board of Advisors for DECODE and Prompt Inversion AI, and investments in fractional founders through IOVC. Sandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, an Entrepreneurial and Finance degree from the Haas School of Business, and additional education from Stanford Continuing Studies, UC Berkeley Extension, and Reforge.
