Anders Dalskov is the Chief Executive Officer of Reform. They previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Innovation Lab at ALFA Development from 2020 to 2024. They also led ALFA Ventures as CEO from 2020 to 2024. Their career included roles at McKinsey & Company as an Associate (Senior Consultant) in 2013–2014, at Novozymes as Strategy Manager (2014–2015), at DONG Energy as a Student Assistant (2008–2011), and at HusCompagniet A/S as Head of Strategy and Business Development (2016–2018), as well as board positions at TrueMarketValue (2015–2017), Wise Home (2021–2024), Stykka (2021–2024), Captego (2022–2024), and Proper (2022–2024). They earned a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara (2004–2008) and a Master in Economics (Cand.polit.) from the University of Copenhagen (2008–2010).
