Skylar Brown

Skylar Brown is an experienced operations and logistics leader with a strong background in managing fulfillment processes across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Logistics at Reformation since May 2020, Skylar oversees a fulfillment facility and a $15M operating budget, implementing efficient processes that enhance cost, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Order Fulfillment and General Manager of Operations at The Black Tux, where Skylar successfully managed multiple distribution centers and developed strategic goals to meet company objectives.
