Sydney Pearson

Sydney Pearson is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in merchandising and buying. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at Reformation since October 2025, Sydney previously held various roles at Gymshark from January 2021 to September 2025, including Head of Global Buying/Merchandising and Merchandise Planning Manager. Sydney's earlier experience includes positions at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from June 2016 to December 2020 as a Global Merchant and Associate Merchant, as well as a Sales Associate role at Sperry from March 2012 to January 2015. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University Farmer School of Business.
