Wayne Covington

Wayne Covington, RDI, currently serves as the Director of Global Retail Development & Construction at Reformation, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive playbook for store design options and ensuring alignment between retail locations and operational budgets. Previously, Wayne Covington held the position of Senior Project Manager, Architecture at Gap Inc., overseeing multi-brand remodels and construction projects with an average annual budget of $10M. Additional experience includes project management roles at Ware Malcomb, Jo Malone London, Lalire March Architects, LLP, and kartell, as well as design and architectural positions at STUDIOS Architecture and Brereton Architects. Wayne Covington holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
