James Cruzen

James Cruzen has a diverse work experience that ranges from coaching and consulting to founding various companies. In 2001, they founded 2toGroove Dance, a dance and entertainment company offering private lessons and group programs. In 2011, they became a Member Services Associate at Del Mar Country Club while pursuing an associates degree in golfing. In 2012, they joined The Grand Del Mar as a Member Services Specialist, gaining valuable high-end customer experience. In 2016, they became the Head of Sales at MotoNet USA, closing significant deals through door-to-door sales. In 2017, they founded Conscious Dance Academy, utilizing their knowledge of dance to help people achieve transformation in relationships. In 2019, they worked as a Facilitator and Coach at Ziksana Consulting, a leadership consulting firm specializing in coaching, training, and culture work. In 2018, they created Unspoken Leadership Training, offering unique inter-personal leadership training for personal and overall success. In 2020, they joined Refound as a Coach & Senior Consultant.

James Cruzen obtained a B.A in Philosophy from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In 2011 and 2012, James attended the Golf Academy of America-Carlsbad, earning an A.A. in Applied Business with a focus on Golf Complex Operations and Management. James also holds a certification in The Accountability Dial Course from Refound, which they obtained in July 2020.
