Michael has worked in various industries, including healthcare, IT staffing, and telecommunications. Michael is currently the Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Refound, where Michael leads initiatives to revolutionize leadership development. Prior to this, Michael held managerial roles at BD and worked as a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at First OB Partners. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University.
