Giovana Foschini is the Diretora de Operações at REF+, where they lead new business initiatives and oversee account management with a focus on client satisfaction. Previously, Giovana worked as an Executiva de Contas and Gerente de Contas LATAM, managing major accounts and overseeing marketing strategies across multiple countries. Giovana's early career included roles in marketing assistance and account management with notable companies such as SIN Sistema de Implante Nacional and Zero11 Propaganda. They hold a degree in Propaganda, Publicidade e Criação from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and have completed several postgraduate programs, including one in Neuroscience.
