James Wu

James Wu is a Co-Founder and COO of Refract, a full-service digital agency focused on scalable solutions for modern organizations. Prior to this role, they were an Inside Channel Developer at Veeam Software and held the position of Sales and Partner Development Associate Manager at ParaFlare, which was acquired by Deloitte. Additionally, James has experience as a Sales Consultant at Telstra and a Sports Coach at Wenona School. They founded Zenith Consulting, which merged with Refract, to support startups in their growth and cybersecurity needs.
