Shitij R.

Shitij R. has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Shitij started their career in 2008 as an Analyst at Evalueserve and then moved on to WNS Global Services, where they held the same position. In 2010, they joined GD Research Center Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Project Manager, and stayed there until 2014. Shitij then worked at Netscribes as a Consulting Manager from May 2015 to December 2016. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Refract Consulting, a position they have held since December 2016.

Shitij R. completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Ramjas College, Delhi University, from 2002 to 2005. Shitij later pursued an Executive Program for Young Managers in Business Administration and Management, General from IIM Calcutta, from 2013 to 2014.
