Refract Ventures is a family-run hospitality and land company in Northwest Arkansas — short-term stays, long-term residences, and land, plus the brands and studio that grow out of them (aura.refract, Refract branding, and what's next). We build by hand and run it ourselves: no management company, no call center. When you message a property, the reply comes from someone whose name is on our team page, usually within a few hours.

Four holdings and counting — Faye Social House in Fayetteville, Little Sugar in Bella Vista, Ozark Gothic in Rogers, and Kontrast on the Beaver Lake side — built piece by piece, on weekends, since 2015. Same hands, different light. → refractventures.co
