Scott Williams

Scott brings to Reframe more than 25 years of experience in insurance and financial services, most recently as SVP Sales of Medicare Supplements at Liberty Bankers (LB), where he focused on growing distribution and enhancing the broker/consumer end-to-end experience. Prior to that, Scott was President of MarketPlace Group (MPG) for LTCI Partners for about 3 years. Scott spent the bulk of his career at John Hancock, where he was VP of Sales for LTC insurance, helping to grow sales from $5 million to $95M by expanding independent distribution through, banks, broker dealers, wire houses, specialized career agencies and a Network of 75 Managing General Agents. Scott has been involved in all aspects of the product development process and is known for developing broker-friendly back office and underwriting processes, and is a champion for the use of technology in the insurance sales process. He earned an MBA from Illinois State University and holds Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses with FINRA.
