We take products apart. Not physically, strategically. And put them back together, leaving nothing unnecessary. That's what we do for brands like JURA, Wetrok, and ETH Zürich.

REFRAME Design® is the industrial design and strategy studio in Zürich, Switzerland. We work with a small number of brands each quarter. More than as a service provider, but as a strategic design partner who challenges the brief before picking up a pencil.

Most companies bring design in too late. They add when they should subtract. They decorate when they should direct. We do the opposite: we challenge assumptions early, design by removing what doesn't earn its place, and stay through engineering, manufacturing, and launch.

Led by Roberto Inderbitzin, Swiss-Mexican industrial designer and co-author of «How to Survive and Thrive» with Reebok founder Joe Foster. Our podcast, Conversations with Roberto, features leaders from Apple, BMW, Reebok, and Nike who share how iconic products are actually made.

If your product could be sharper, clearer, and harder to ignore, we should talk.
