Brian Holcombe, MPA, currently serves as an Enterprise Sales Executive at ReFrame Solutions since November 2024. Prior to this role, Brian was an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson from July 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included budget management, travel coordination, and constituent outreach. Additionally, Brian held various positions at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) from September 2021 to August 2022, culminating as the State Affairs Manager, overseeing lobbying efforts and advocacy for property and casualty insurance. Experience also includes a role as a Legislative Intern with the Indiana House Republicans in late 2015. Most recently, Brian worked as a Government Relations Representative for KinderCare Learning Companies, advocating for early childhood education across nine states from September 2023 to November 2024. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science History from Purdue University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
