Aaron Small

Aaron Small is a co-founder and head of manufacturing and operations at Reframe Systems, focusing on reducing costs and delivery times for net-zero multi-family residential buildings through innovative, software-driven factories. Previously, Aaron served as head of business intelligence, data science, analytics, and data engineering at Amazon Global Robotics, where leadership involved optimizing software-driven workflows and deploying a significant machine learning system. Additional experience includes roles as product manager and engagement manager at Philosophy IB, a Heidrick & Struggles company, as well as a research chemist at Troy Chemical Co. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Engineering Systems and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Brown University.
