Shir Nir

Shir Nir has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Executive Director at Knowledge Transfer International until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Shir Nir served as the Managing Partner of Knowledge Transformation Partners, a Knowledge Management Consulting company. In 2003, they became a Consultant at Insigniam Performance, a global management consulting firm, where they stayed until 2009. During this time, they specialized in enterprise performance transformation and generating measurable results for complex organizations. In 2009, Shir Nir joined The Handel Group as a Partner/President Corporate, responsible for organizational consulting and executive coaching. They contributed to various areas such as seminars, coaching, leadership development, relationship resolution, altering culture, and enhancing results. From 2015 to 2022, Shir Nir also held the role of CEO & Partner, leading the strategic development and expansion of the company, coaching executives, and establishing strategic partnerships. Additionally, Shir Nir founded and served as CEO of Kibbutz & Co. and Reframe Technologies, Inc. in 2022.
