Alexandre Martins

Alexandre Martins has extensive experience in maintenance management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Methods and Continuous Improvement Maintenance Manager at Refresco since September 2020. Prior roles include Preventive Maintenance Manager at Refresco and Maintenance Engineer at HEINEKEN France, where responsibilities included managing planned maintenance for packaging machines, improving machine efficiency through TPM tools, and overseeing subcontractors and budget management. At Coca-Cola Bottling Luanda S.A.R.L, Alexandre acted as Maintenance Coordinator and Planner, responsible for implementing a CMMS system and managing a team of planners and technicians. Early career experience includes a role as Continuous Improvement Project Manager at SNCF, focusing on safety and efficiency improvements in workshop maintenance.
