Andrew Gray has extensive experience in production planning and customer support. Currently serving as Production Planner II at Refresco since November 2012, Andrew utilizes SAP 6.0 and SAP BW to effectively plan production and analyze data. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an Easy Tech Associate at Staples from March 2007 to August 2011, providing technology assistance, sales support, and customer service. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State Behrend, obtained in 2012.
