Charles Armstrong

Charles Armstrong has extensive experience in maintenance planning and coordination across various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Maintenance Planner at Refresco since March 2020, Charles oversees parts and materials availability for the Maintenance Department. Prior to this, roles at International Paper as an Operations/Maintenance Coordinator and at Pan Pacific Products included creating and maintaining schedules for maintenance crews, managing a storeroom team, and supervising a Millwright crew. Charles began a career in maintenance as a Mechanic at Republic Paperboard and has held progressively responsible positions, including Millwright Foreman at Brown and Root Construction. Charles's educational background includes studies in Electronics at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology and a diploma from Valliant High School.
