Fraser Baker has extensive experience in finance and operations, with a focus on manufacturing industries. Starting as an Assistant Controller/Cost Manager/Account Receivable Manager at Hollingsworth & Vose in 1992, they went on to become a Plant Controller at H&V Hollingsworth in 1994. In 1997, they worked as a Finance Analyst at General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC) before joining General Electric as a Manager in various financial roles from 1998 to 2000. At Guardian Industries (Automotive), Fraser served as the Group Controller, providing strategic planning and financial support for 11 automotive parts manufacturing operations. Fraser then moved to Perrigo, where they held the roles of Director of Finance - Rx Division and Finance Director for Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing financial responsibilities and driving planning and forecasting processes. From 2011 to 2015, Fraser worked as the GQO Director of Operational Finance – Medical Division at Stryker Company, managing cost of sales, reporting, and analysis for a global medical division. Following this, they joined SAF Holland Corporation as the CFO America's, spearheading strategic planning, management reporting, and corporate tax strategy. More recently, Fraser Baker assumed the position of Director of Finance Operations North America at Refresco in 2020. In 2018, they also worked as a Consultant Manufacturing Finance in their capacity as "#ONO (Open to New Opportunities)."

Fraser Baker attended Western Michigan University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in accounting with a focus in Finance and Accounting. In 1992, they returned to Western Michigan University for further studies in accounting. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Executive Finance Leadership from GE between an undisclosed period and 2000. Fraser Baker also holds additional certifications including Algorithmic Trading and Stocks Essential Training and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from GE.
