CEO Hans Roelofs joined Refresco in March 2007 and since then has driven rapid growth of the company. Before joining Refresco, Hans was CEO of Dumeco, a private label meat producer and processor. He started his career at Nutreco, rising to Managing Director of the Agri Food business. Hans is a graduate of Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
