Jose Dones, M.Eng is a Project Engineering Manager with extensive experience in facilities management and project leadership, currently optimizing operations across four bottling plants in the Florida-Mexico region at Refresco. With a proven track record of completing over 100 projects, they excel in managing substantial budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, Jose served as Projects Engineering Manager at Florida Caribbean Distillers, where they directed multi-million-dollar initiatives and built effective teams while maintaining a remarkable retention rate. Jose is pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Automation at the University of Puerto Rico and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering from the University of Turabo.
