Lars Kranz is the Leiter Qualitätssicherung at Refresco in Trappenkamp since 2025. They previously held positions as Braumeister and Produktionsleiter at Lillebräu from 2021 to 2022, and worked as Betriebskontrolleur at FLENSBURGER BRAUEREI Emil Petersen GmbH & Co. KG from 2018 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Lars gained experience as a Junior Manager in Quality Assurance at Capri Sun Group from 2016 to 2018 and completed an apprenticeship in brewing and malting at Bitburger from 2010 to 2013. They earned a Dipl. Braumeister in Brautechnisches Fachstudium at Technische Universität Berlin between 2013 and 2015.
