Lisa Eilers

Lisa Eilers has a strong background in human resources, with leadership roles in various companies. Lisa began their career at Household Mortgage Service as a Manager of Customer Service and Mortgage Operations. Lisa then joined Honeywell Sensing & Control as a Human Resources Director, where they provided global strategic HR leadership for multiple business units. After that, they worked at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as a Director of Human Resources, leading HR operations in several locations. Lisa then joined WellCare Health Plans as a Vice President of Human Resources, where they built a high-performing HR Business Partner team and provided strategic HR support for associates across the company. Lisa later became the VP of Organizational Development and Corporate HR, where they focused on leadership development and organizational design. Lisa then moved to Cott Beverages as a Vice President of Human Resources, supporting the North American Operations team. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Refresco, leading the HR function for the company's North American operations.

Lisa Eilers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/HR Management from Northern Illinois University between 1988 and 1990.
