Marc Teeven

Marc Teeven is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Central Procurement Manager Indirect Spend at Refresco since June 2016, Marc oversees an annual spend of 775 million Euros, focusing on energy sourcing, risk management, capital expenditures, maintenance, repair and operations, and information and communication technology. Previously, as Global Category Leader Metal Packaging at Heineken from December 2011 to May 2016, Marc managed a spending portfolio of 1.2 billion Euros and led a team responsible for supplier management and negotiations. At ArcelorMittal, from April 2006 to December 2011, Marc was a Procurement Manager for coal and coke, overseeing an 11 billion US dollar spend across numerous suppliers and plants in the EEU and CIS regions. Marc began a career as an Account Manager at BRB International and held a position as Senior Business Analyst at Verizon, where strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives were key responsibilities. Marc holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Leiden University, obtained in 2000.
