Marcel Jansen

Marcel Jansen has extensive experience in operational and production management within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Operationeel teamleider at Refresco since November 2025, Marcel has previously held significant roles at Biscuit International as Plantmanager and Productiemanager from February 2023 to November 2025, and at Refresco Benelux from May 2014 to February 2023 in various leadership positions. Earlier positions include Assistent-bedrijfsleider at Soft Drinks International and afdelingshoofd at Refresco Benelux. Marcel's career began as ploegbaas and also includes ownership of café de dikke en de dunne. Marcel's educational background encompasses advanced training at Refresco and Spark Innovations, as well as foundational studies at Pabo Heerlen and Grotius College. Skills include production and personnel planning, KPI management, SAP, HACCP, IFS, performance management, 5S, and SMED methodologies.
