Philip Shearing

Philip Shearing serves as the UK Manufacturing Director at Refresco since December 2022, contributing to the UK senior leadership team and overseeing a manufacturing organization with six sites and approximately 1,500 team members, responsible for producing over 1.5 billion litres of soft drinks. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Manufacturing at Atlas Packaging Limited, Independent Consultant as General Manager, and Group Operations Director at First Quality. Philip's career also encompasses significant positions at Kruger Products L.P., starting as Production Manager and progressing to General Manager. Philip holds a PG Dip BA in Business Administration and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
