Robert Hough is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and management within the confectionery industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Refresco since January 2023, Robert previously held multiple roles at Valeo Confectionery Ltd from January 2009 to January 2023, including Factory Manager positions in Liverpool and Blackpool, where responsibilities encompassed full site management and overcoming significant challenges during the Covid pandemic and Brexit.
