Roger Stephens

Roger Stephens has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing. Roger started their career in 2009 as a Plant Manager Designate at Pepsi Beverages Company. Roger then moved to PepsiCo in 2017, where they held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing & Warehouse until 2020. In 2020, they joined Refresco as a Senior Director of Operations.
