Rogier Forma

Rogier Forma has had extensive work experience in the field of procurement. Rogier is currently serving as the Director of Procurement Europe at Refresco since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Continental Bakeries from 2017 to 2022 as the Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Procurement. From 2011 to 2017, they held various procurement roles at FrieslandCampina Corporate Procurement, including Procurement Director for the Business Group Ingredients. Before that, they had a brief stint as an Associate Consultant at Triple Square. Rogier Forma holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Rogier also has retail management experience from their time at Dillewijn Zwapak BV and general management experience from Prime Paper Products. Additionally, they had sales and purchase responsibilities at the European Paper Network from 1999 to 2004.

Rogier Forma completed their education as follows:

- From 2008 to 2010, they obtained an MSc in Political Science with a specialty in International Relations, Corporate Responsibility at the University of Amsterdam.

- From 1996 to 1999, they earned a BBA in International Management from InterCollege Business School.

- From 1994 to 1996, they attended the University of Amsterdam, although no specific degree was provided for this time period.

- In 1993, they briefly studied English Literature at Florida State University.
