Simon Watson

Simon Watson has over three decades of experience in the beverage and food industry, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Training Coordinator at Refresco since July 2012, where a strong focus on databases and spreadsheets is evident. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Cott Beverages from October 1994 to July 2012 as Ingredients Controller and Syrup Process Technician. Simon's career began at Arla Foods amba from June 1988 to October 1994 as an Office Clerk, establishing a solid foundation in operational and administrative functions.
