Steven O'Daniel has a solid work experience with various roles in the manufacturing industry. Steven started their career at ConAgra Foods in 2002, where they worked as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, and later as a Principal Engineer. In 2013, they joined Red Gold as a Plant Manager and worked there until 2018. Steven then moved to Del Real Foods as a Director of Manufacturing for one year. In 2020, they returned to Refresco as a Plant Director and worked there until 2021. Steven briefly joined Botanic Tonics in 2022 as a Chief Production Officer before returning to Refresco in 2023 as a Plant Director.
Steven O'Daniel earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bellevue University in 2008.
