Tom Peeters

Tom Peeters has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Demand & Capacity Planner at Refresco Benelux since December 2008. In this role, Tom is responsible for supply chain capacity planning across four sites, managing 20 production lines and overseeing the production of 2.2 billion units of carbonated soft drinks, juices, and water for both retail and industrial clients. Tom's expertise includes demand planning, sourcing, product allocation, master production planning, and involvement in the S&OP process, utilizing SAP/R3 and APO systems. Prior to this position, Tom held roles in supply chain planning and customer service at Refresco Benelux and worked as a Purchase Officer and Finance Assistant at Multi Bier Asten B.V., where responsibilities included procurement and financial administration. Tom holds a degree from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
