Fae Parker Shaffer

Fae Parker Shaffer has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Fae began their career as a New Business Development Consultant for Geddings & Phillips Communications. In 2005, they joined Refresh Technologies, Inc. as the CEO. After that, they became the VP of Business Solutions where they managed a team responsible for the execution and delivery of cloud technology solutions. Fae also provided CTO services for both ongoing book of clients as a service and as interim consultant delivering reliable change management, project management, staff evaluations, and assistance during recruiting. Lastly, they served as the Director of Communications and Business Development, where they directed sales and account managers for increased product sales, new client services, solution processes, and training for product rollouts. Fae also initiated project management on new client implementation and directed new sales initiatives. During their tenure, they generated 189% of sales quota in 2010 and led strategic teams to leverage new marketing automation techniques and technologies for the client base.

Fae Parker Shaffer's education history includes attending the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Business and Economics, and from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology.
