Fernando Oriol

Fernando Oriol has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fernando is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Refruiting, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the KAM and Co-founder from June 2021 to September 2022, the CPO and Co-founder from August 2019 to June 2021, and the COO and Co-founder from October 2016 to August 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Fernando worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as an Area Sales Manager from January 2016 to October 2016. Fernando also gained valuable experience at L'Oréal through their Sales Talent Programme, where they underwent a one-year rotation in different departments including Sales and Marketing in 2015.

Additionally, Fernando has practical training experience at Autoneum Holding AG, where they served as the R&T Trainee from February 2014 to July 2014. During this time, they supported the research team in various projects, including planning and executing trials, development of new fixations, patent research, and conducting environmental simulation tests.
