Carissa Cardy

Carissa Cardy is the Director of Marketing with over a decade of experience in customer service and relations. Carissa previously held roles as an Event Planner and General Services Coordinator at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and as a Customer Relations Coordinator at Soulmate Restaurant, where they were consistently recognized for outstanding performance. In addition to their customer experience roles, Carissa worked as a waitress during college, initially cultivating a passion for the industry. Carissa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Cincinnati, achieving Dean's List honors.
