Jake Vassello

Jake Vassello currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Talent, Training, and Engagement at Refuel Operating Company, LLC, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Jake Vassello was the Talent Program Lead at Activision, where core recruiting KPIs were established for a large team, alongside training initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as an Organizational Development Consultant at The OD and Change Leadership Group, leading strategic planning projects and designing a 360-degree feedback system.
