Weston Pate, MBA has a diverse work experience in loss prevention and risk management. Weston has held senior leadership roles in various companies. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Loss Prevention and Risk Management at Refuel Operating Company, LLC, where they lead multiple teams and oversees loss prevention, risk management, inventory audit, fleet management, and strategic sourcing. Prior to joining Refuel, Weston worked as the Regional Asset Protection Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club and as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. Weston also gained extensive experience at Sears Holdings Corporation and Kmart Corporation, where they held various positions ranging from Zone Manager to Market Manager, overseeing multiple stores and leading teams focused on shrink mitigation, internal/external theft mitigation, risk and safety claims mitigation, and operational support. Weston's work experience demonstrates their expertise in loss prevention, risk management, and operational support across different industries.

In 2019-2020, they attended Gardner-Webb University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management. Prior to that, from 2012-2014, they studied at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. In 2010-2012, they also attended the University of Phoenix where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, in 2012, Weston obtained a Certificate in Basic Law Enforcement Training from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
